PMCEntrez

This program retrieves results by one or more PubMedCentral Id.

The result is the list of PubMed Ids from the Article table, that are correspond to PubMedCentral Ids.

Construct the URL with the PubMedCentral address, pmcentrez command, PubMedCentral Ids and view mode:

admissible formats are:

• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/pmcentrez.cgi?NNN1[,NNN2,NNN3,...]
• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/pmcentrez.cgi?id=NNN1[,NNN2,NNN3,...]&view=[ html | xml | text];

For example:

Display PubMed Ids for PMC Ids 50272 and 64510 in text view mode:

• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/pmcentrez.cgi?50272,64510
• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/pmcentrez.cgi?id=50272&view=text

Display PubMed Ids for PMC Ids 50272 and 64510 in HTML view mode:

• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/pmcentrez.cgi?id=50272,64510&view=html

Display PubMed Ids for PMC Ids 50272 and 64510 in XML view mode:

Note: when the id in the result list is "0", it means - there is no corresponding id.
