EntrezPMC

This program retrieves results by one or more PubMed Id.

The result is the list of PubMedCentral Ids from the Article table, that are correspond to PubMed Ids.

Construct the URL with the PubMedCentral address, entrezpmc command, PubMed Ids and view mode:

admissible formats are:

• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/entrezpmc.cgi?NNN1[,NNN2,NNN3,...]
• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/entrezpmc.cgi?id=NNN1[,NNN2,NNN3,...]&view=[ html | xml | text];

For example:

Display PMC Ids for PubMed Ids 1279666 and 11786456 in text view mode:

• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/entrezpmc.cgi?1279666,11786456
• http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/utils/entrezpmc.cgi?id=1279666,11786456&view=text

Display PMC Ids for PubMed Ids 1279666, 11786456, 1279667 in HTML view mode:

Note: when the id in the result list is "0", it means - there is no corresponding id.
